RISE ABOVE is a full-service all-vegan restaurant, located in the heart of downtown St. Catharines, Ontario. We specialize in comfort foods, healthy choices, and fresh baked desserts.

At Rise Above, we are passionate about providing a high standard of food and service without the use of animal products. we make our food from scratch and can accommodate almost any allergy. Our restaurant is 100% dairy, meat, and animal-product-free, and we're one of the first in the region to do that. 

We are a female-run business, a safe space for queer people, and a group of passionate dorks who make food we are proud to serve and we would love to feed you soon.
